Job Title: Real Estate Agent

Location: Work from Home (Gurugram)

Type: Commission Basis

Job Responsibilities:

Engage with clients through Calls and other Virtual platforms to understand their real estate needs and preferences.

Research properties available for sale or rent in Gurgaon and create detailed listings.

Utilize online platforms and digital marketing strategies to promote properties effectively.

Conduct virtual property showings and guide clients through the selling or renting process.

Negotiate offers, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients and ensure smooth transaction management.

Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents in compliance with local regulations.

Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the real estate transaction process.

Stay updated with market trends, legal requirements, and technological advancements in the real estate industry.

Compensation: Your earnings will be based on a commission structure. Commission rates typically range from;

1 -3 (Sale) =50k 

4 to 5(Sale)= 75k 

6 and above (Sale) =1lakh 

for residential or Commercial properties.
